mindfulness taster sessions
One of the most effective ways of learning about the potential benefits of mindfulness training is by way of one of our taster sessions. These can vary in length from 75 minutes to four hours, depending on the outcome required. Taster sessions can be delivered to small groups or to several hundred people at a time.
In a typical taster session you will be introduced to the idea of mindfulness and to some of the scientific research that supports our knowledge of its effectiveness. After that, you will be introduced to a few practical mindfulness exercises that give an experiential flavour of the approach and we like to leave participants with a small one-minute meditation that they can use with great effect in the course of the working day.
