Ed HalliwellEd is one of our mindfulness trainers. A skilled writer and an experienced journalist, Ed has a talent for getting the message of mindfulness through to people.

 

Ed is co-author of “The Mindful Manifesto: How Doing Less and Noticing More Can Help Us Thrive In A Stressed-Out World” (Hay House, 2010) and author of the Mental Health Foundation's “Be Mindful Report”, which puts the case for making mindfulness-based approaches more available in the NHS. He teaches mindfulness to a wide range of individuals and groups around the UK. He has trained at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University and writes regularly for the Guardian on mindfulness and well-being.
